Set default phone & WhatsApp number

Step 1

Click on the “gear” icon in the sidebar to visit Settings page.

Step 2

In Setting Page, click on Default Area Code button to select the area code of your default phone & WhatsApp number.

Step 3

Input your phone & WhatsApp number into the circled field shown in picture.

 

Reminder: This field also requires area code adding in front of your phone & WhatsApp number (like in picture), you can click on the question mark button inside the input box for more information

Step 4

The default phone & WhatsApp number settings is completed, and WhatsApp and WhatsApp to CRM tapping mode are available to use.
