Choosing tapping mode
Step 1
Click on the tapping mode button in the sidebar (shown in picture) to visit Tapping Mode page.

Step 2
You can click to choose your ideal tapping mode, including Digital Profile, Contact Card, WhatsApp, WhatsApp to CRM.
Digital Profile is chosen by default.

Digital Profile
After digital profile tapping mode being chosen, your card profile page will be opened directly when someone tap your card/scan your QR code.

Contact Card
Step 1
After Contact Card tapping mode being chosen, a vCard/vcf file (containing your profile content) will be opened/downloaded when someone tap your card/scan your QR code.
Step 2
Ask the user to click “Save” (in Android’s phone, first picture), or click “Create New Contact” (in iPhone, second picture) to save your contact.


Step 1
To enable WhatsApp tapping mode, your WhatsApp number have to input in setting page with suitable area code (shown in picture). For more information, please visit Setting tutorial.

Step 2
After WhatsApp tapping mode being chosen in tapping mode page, a text box will be popped up, and you can fill in the WhatsApp preset message you like, for your customer.
P.S. The “+ My link” and “+ My Vcard” button can add your profile link and vcf contact link respectively to the text box.

Step 3
User’s WhatsApp will be opened when he/she tap your card/scan your QR code, with the preset message that you’ve set in Step 2.

WhatsApp to CRM
Step 1
To enable WhatsApp to CRM tapping mode, your WhatsApp number have to input in setting page with suitable area code (shown in picture). For more information, please visit Setting tutorial.

Step 2
After WhatsApp to CRM tapping mode being chosen in tapping mode page, user’s WhatsApp will be opened when he/she tap your card/scan your QR code, with the message shown in picture.
Then please kindly ask the user to send the message, which will be received by our WhatsApp Robot (API).

Step 3
Our WhatsApp Robot will send back message to the user after a few second, and the message will contain your profile link (shown on first picture).
Moreover, you’ll also receive a WhatsApp message from our Robot as well to inform you that who was accessing your profile (shown on second picture)


Step 4
Eventually, the user’s WhatsApp contact will be captured by our WhatsApp Robot, and saved into your CRM.
Then your can add additional information (e.g. email, WeChat, fax, company etc.) in terms of that contact, and can contact the user through email, SMS, and WhatsApp. For more information about CRM, please visit CRM tutorial.
