Add data link
Step 1
In Profile page, press on “+ Add new link”.
Step 2
Choose the data link type.
Step 3
Then, your newly created data link will be added in the Links section(at the bottom like in picture) in panel’s Profile page (first picture); and added in data link section of your card profile page (second picture).
Update content/value of data link
Step 1
Click on the circled area of data link (yellow circled area shown in picture). In this case (website data link type), click on the “URL”
Step 2
Input the value (url value in this example), then click “Save”.
It will have slight different of this value input textbox in terms of different data link type. And all kind of data link type will be introduced in the following.
Update label of data link
Step 1
Beside of data link value, you can also change the heading/label of the data link.
Firstly, click on the circled area of data link (yellow circled area shown in picture).
Step 2
Input the label/name of the data link, then click “Save”.
Step 3
Then, your data link label will be changed, and shown in your panel’s profile page (first picture), and card profile page (second picture).
Step 4
If you enabled multi-languages in setting page, you can have multi-languages options. In the example below, I can have different label for English (first picture) and Chinese (second picture). For more information about switching language for your profile, please visit Basic tutorial.
Switch on/off of datalink
You can switch on/off of your data link by clicking the button in the picture. Data links are switched on by default. Once you switched off, the data link won’t be display in your card profile page.
Change data link order/sequence
You can change your data link order/sequence by dragging it(on the 3-line logo), and this sequence will reflect on your profile page.
Delete data link
Step 1
Click on the bin button of the data link you want to delete.
Step 2
Then, click “Confirm”, and a “Success” message will pop up to inform you that the data link is deleted successfully.
Website data link
In terms of Website data link, you just need to input the url with https:// into the value field (shown in first picture).
In card profile page (shown in second picture), user will redirect to that website when they click on it.
Address data link
In terms of Address data link, you just need to input the full address into the value field (shown in first picture).
In card profile page, it will display like second picture.
After clicked on the Address data link, user can click on the copy button (shown in picture) to copy the address and paste it in somewhere they want.
User can also click on the Google Map button to get the location of address in Google map.
For Address data link, you can have multi-languages options. In the example below, I can set the address for English (first picture) and Chinese (second picture) respectively. For more information about switching language for your profile, please visit Basic tutorial.
WhatsApp data link
In terms of WhatsApp data link, you have to input the WhatsApp number with area code (e.g. +852) into the value field (shown in first picture).
In card profile page, it will display like second picture.
After clicked on the WhatsApp data link, user will be redirected to WhatsApp and can contact with the relative WhatsApp user.
YouTube data link
In terms of YouTube data link, you just need to input the YouTube url into the value field (shown in first picture).
Similar to Website data link, in card profile page (shown in second picture), user will redirect to that YouTube video when they click on it.
Facebook data link
In terms of Facebook data link, you just need to input the Facebook url into the value field (shown in first picture).
Similar to Website data link, in card profile page (shown in second picture), user will redirect to that Facebook page when they click on it.
WeiBo data link
In terms of WeiBo data link, you just need to input the WeiBo url into the value field (shown in first picture).
Similar to Website data link, in card profile page (shown in second picture), user will redirect to that WeiBo page when they click on it.
Bilibili data link
In terms of Bilibili data link, you just need to input the Bilibili url into the value field (shown in first picture).
Similar to Website data link, in card profile page (shown in second picture), user will redirect to that Bilibili video when they click on it.
Fax data link
In terms of Fax data link, you have to input the fax number with area code (e.g. +852) into the value field (shown in first picture).
In card profile page, it will display like second picture.
Phone data link
In terms of Phone data link, you have to input the Phone number with area code (e.g. +852) into the value field (shown in first picture).
Moreover, you have options to choose the phone type (shown in second picture), including work, home, fax, cell.
In card profile page, Phone data link will display like in first picture.
After clicked on the Phone data link, user’s phone app will opened (shown in second picture) and ready to call.
Email data link
In terms of Email data link, you just need to input the email address into the value field (shown in first picture).
Moreover, by clicking the email logo button shown in first picture, you can choose your default email for receiving client’s contact via ‘Exchange contact’ in card profile page.
In card profile page, Email data link will display like in first picture.
After clicked on the Email data link, user’s email app will opened (shown in second picture) and ready to send email.
LinkedIn data link
In terms of LinkedIn data link, you just need to input the LinkedIn url into the value field (shown in first picture).
Similar to Website data link, in card profile page (shown in second picture), user will redirect to that LinkedIn page when they click on it.
Instagram data link
In terms of Instagram data link, you just need to input the Instagram url into the value field (shown in first picture).
Similar to Website data link, in card profile page (shown in second picture), user will redirect to that Instagram page when they click on it.
WeChat data link
In terms of WeChat data link, you just need to input the WeChat ID into the value field (shown in first picture).
In card profile page (shown in second picture), user can copy the WeChat ID when they click on it, so they paste it in somewhere they want.
Telegram data link
In terms of Telegram data link, you just need to input the Telegram ID into the value field (shown in first picture).
In card profile page (shown in second picture), user can copy the Telegram ID when they click on it, so they paste it in somewhere they want.
XiaoHongShu data link
In terms of XiaoHongShu data link, you just need to input the XiaoHongShu url into the value field (shown in first picture).
Similar to Website data link, in card profile page (shown in second picture), user will redirect to that XiaoHongShu page when they click on it.
Snapchat data link
In terms of Snapchat data link, you just need to input the Snapchat ID/username into the value field (shown in first picture).
In card profile page (shown in second picture), user can copy the Snapchat ID/username when they click on it, so they paste it in somewhere they want.
Line data link
In terms of Line data link, you just need to input the Line ID into the value field (shown in first picture).
In card profile page (shown in second picture), user can copy the Line ID when they click on it, so they paste it in somewhere they want.
Digital business card data link
Digital business card data link is created by default which contain value of your card profile link.
In card profile page (shown in second picture), user can copy your card profile link when they click on it, so they can paste it in somewhere they want.
If you don’t need it, you can switch it off.
Mobile data link
In terms of Mobile data link, similar to Phone data link, you have to input the Phone number with area code (e.g. +852) into the value field (shown in first picture).
Moreover, you have options to choose the mobile phone type (shown in second picture), including work, home, fax, cell.
In card profile page, Mobile data link will display like in first picture.
After clicked on the Mobile data link, user’s phone app will opened (shown in second picture) and ready to call.
