Email messaging
In CRM page, click on the mail icon button of your contact to email him/her

Be reminded that email field of your contact must be filled, in order to email message your contact client.

SMS messaging
In CRM page, click on the chat icon button of your contact to message him/her through SMS.

Be reminded that Mobile Phone field of your contact must be filled, in order to SMS message your contact client.

WhatsApp messaging
In CRM page, click on the WhatsApp icon button of your contact to message him/her through WhatsApp.

Be reminded that WhatsApp field of your contact must be filled, in order to WhatsApp message your contact client.

Preset message
In CRM page, you can set preset message in the message area, then your email, WhatsApp, and SMS will have that preset message when you click on those messaging button respectively.
Also you can click on “+ Profile Link”, “+ First Name”, “+ Last Name” button at the top right, to add your card profile link ($p), contact user’s first name ($f) and last name ($l) respectively on preset message text box.
