Step 1
Click “Import” button in CRM page.

Step 2
Click “Download” to download the xlsx template for updating contact data.
If you’ve a CRM import template (e.g. you’ve downloaded xlsx and inserted data from above steps), please skip this step.

Step 3
Input the modified contact data in the xlsx file. In this example, I’ve modified the 2 contacts from Import CRM Step 4, changing the First name of Tracy Tam, and changing the Title and Tag of John Chan. Moreover, I’ve added one more contact (June Lau) in this file, and import into CRM all in one go.
Reminder: Mobile phone cannot be updated in this batch update contact method, because Mobile phone act as a key to identify which contacts are going to be modified. If the Mobile phone is different from before, system will treat this as new contact when importing.

Step 4
Click “Upload” and upload the xlsx file created from Step 3.

Step 5
Then, comparing to Import CRM step 6, you can see the First name of Tracy Tam, and title have been changed (tag has also been changed but has to click 3 dots logo to view).
Also, John Lau contact data has been added into contacts table.

Export CRM data
In CRM page, click “Export” button. Then, the CRM contact data will be exported and downloaded as xlsx file.
