Contact management
Step 1
Click on the CRM button in the sidebar (shown in picture) to visit CRM page.

Step 2
In CRM page, it saved contacts of your clients from exchange contact (on your profile page), WhatsApp to CRM, CRM import, and manual added.
In the CRM table, you can search your clients by enter keywords in the search box, and can sort them by clicking on the column heading (shown in picture)

Add contact
Step 1
In terms of adding contact into your CRM, you can add it by importing contact or add contact one by one manually.
For importing contact, you can visit CRM tutorial for more information.
For adding contact manually, you can click on “Add Contact” button shown in picture.

Step 2
Input the relative known contact data into each field shown in picture, and click “Add Contact”. Then, your newly added contact will be shown in the CRM table.

Update Contact
Step 1
Click on the 3 dots logo of the contact you want to update (shown in picture).

Step 2
Click on the field you want to update, and input the updated data. Then, click “Save”.

Delete Contact
Step 1
Click on the 3 dots logo of the contact you want to delete (shown in picture).

Step 2
Click “Delete” (shown in first picture), then click “Confirm” (shown in second picture).
