Add paper card contact to CRM by AI scanner
Step 1
If you have Premier subscription plan(or above) and accessing admin portal on phone, you’ll see “AI Scanner” button on top right corner. Press that to proceed.

Step 2
Then, you can click “Capture” to take photo on paper business cards, conference badges, or other printed materials etc.
In order to improve accuracy, you can choose the preferred language(support English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese) of data to extract from the photo you captured.(see the second picture)


Step 3
Take photo on paper business cards, conference badges, or other printed materials, first picture is an example. After that, it requires few second loading(shown in second picture).


Step 4
After loading, a contact form pop out with AI analysed contact data filled in. You can review the form and can modify the form field if needed/data incorrect. Then, click “Save” to add the contact into your CRM.
