Save contact
In your Sogar profile page, users are able to save your contact to their phone in vCard(vcf) format.
Step 1
In Sogar profile page, users can click “Save Contact”
Android Phone
Step 2
vCard(vcf) file will be downloaded (shown in second picture), then user can click open.
P.S. For some card owners that have WeChat contact(datalink) in their profile, a popup will show first (shown in first picture); users then have to click “To phone” to download the vCard. In terms of WeChat datalink, please visit Basic tutorial about datalink for more information.
Step 3
Some Android phone (e.g. Samsung) will show the contact profile , then click import (show in first picture). After that, users have to choose which drive would they like to save the contact (show in second picture).
Some Android phone (e.g. Sony) will directly show the popup letting users choose to save imported contact to which drive (show in picture).
Step 4
Then, the contact will be saved, and users can find that on their phone contact (shown in second picture).
P.S. Some Android phone may show the popup shown in first picture, to inform the users about contact imported successfully.
iPhone
Step 2
A popup will show at bottom of the screen (shown in first picture), guiding the users to save the contact. After reading the guideline, click “Got it, Save To Contacts”.
Step 3
Then, the contact profile will popup (shown in first picture). Scroll down and click “Create New Contact” (guideline shown in Step 2). Check and edit(if needed) all the fields (shown in second picture), then click “Done”. After that, the contact will be added into user’s phone.
Contact Card
When your client scan your Sogar QR/tap your Sogar card, they can save your contact through Contact Card tapping mode. For more information about tapping mode, please visit Tapping Mode tutorial.
Step 1
In your admin portal, Click on the tapping mode button in the sidebar (shown in picture) to visit Tapping Mode page.

Choose Contact Card tapping mode.
Android Phone

When Sogar card tap on user’s Android phone, vCard(vcf) file will be downloaded(shown in picture), then user can click open.

Some Android phone will open the download folder. Click the .vcf file and it’ll open window of contact import (pictures shown above)

Then, the contact will be saved, and users can find that on their phone contact (shown in second picture).

iPhone
Step 3
When Sogar card tap on user’s iPhone, your contact profile will be poped up.
Step 4
Scroll down and click “Create New Contact”.
Step 5
Check and edit(if needed) all the fields, then click “Done”. After that, the contact will be added into user’s phone.
